Odette Yousef notes in a report on WABE 90.1 that “work began quietly last month to start clearing the Beltline corridor.”

Jeanne Bonner actually got the scoop (with pictures) a month ago on the progress on Atlanta Unsheltered, our sister blog. But Yousef made a good point in her report yesterday when she used the word “quietly.” With impatience over the Beltline spreading across the city, this is precisely the kind of tangible story that it seems to me the project’s organizers ought to be trumpeting.
