Hartsfield recycling plan panned

After years of frustrating environmentalists who say it ought to recycle more than 3 percent of its waste, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport has announced plans for a more extensive recycling program. WABE’s Odette Yousef reports, however, that at least one recycling industry expert doubts the program will work.

The world’s busiest airport produces more than 70 tons of solid waste a day. Read more at WABE.
